Should Emergence of the 'Swag Bros.' Make the Lakers a Free-Agent Destination?

Los Angeles has always been a hot destination for NBA free agents in the past due to the bright lights and promise of fame, but the Lakers' struggles the last several years have cooled down that enthusiasm. Yet the recent emergence of young guns Jordan Clarkson and D'Angelo Russell could make L.A. alluring to free agents once again and attract some major talent this offseason. 

Should the emergence of the (self-titled) "Swag Brothers" make the Lakers a free-agent destination? Who might relocate to L.A. next season?
