Larsen Has Multiple Options in Front of Him
Thursday, March 10
Larsen, 28, spent two years with the Cardinals after four with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Although he started the final 10 games in 2015, the former college defensive lineman ranked 77th out of 82 NFL guards, according to Pro Football Focus (h/t Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times).
Even so, he's been linked to the Seattle Seahawks, per Condotta, and "could be a cheap replacement for J.R. Sweezy." Maiocco, citing a source, confirmed a visit to Seattle is forthcoming for Larsen.
Larsen just finished out his two-year, $2.6 million contract and doesn't figure to demand a hefty salary after a below-average season. However, considering multiple teams are showing interest in him, he may receive a contract for more than he is worth.
