Fox Digs Through Golf Bag, Attempts to Run off with Player's Wallet

Rough, water, bunkers—there are plenty of hazards for golfers to be aware of out on the course, but bag-raiding foxes aren't usually a concern.

That was until Monday, when a group of friends playing at County Louth Golf Club in Ireland had to react quickly to stop a fox from running off with a wallet.

The group watched with curious amusement as the animal rummaged through an open bag but were called into action when it picked out the valuable item and attempted to make a run for it.

After a panicked chase, the fox eventually gave up and dropped the wallet, before briefly appearing to consider a second attempt at the robbery.

Now, that's something you don't see every day.
