Chelsea Transfer News: Willian Wanted by PSG, Latest Paul Pogba Rumours
Chelsea winger Willian is reportedly wanted by Paris-Saint Germain, as well as a host of Chinese clubs, while transfer rumours regarding Juventus star Paul Pogba continue to surface.
According to the Daily Mirror's Ed Malyon, PSG scouts have fallen in love with Willian, who they have been scouting in preparation of the two teams' clash in the round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League.
The Brazil international is enjoying one of his best campaigns for the Blues yet and was one of the few players who played up to their potential during the disastrous first half of the season. Per WhoScored.com, he has already scored an impressive five goals in seven Champions League matches.

His passing has also been excellent, although his team-mates have failed to convert his feeds into goals, per WhoScored:
Per Malyon, PSG manager Laurent Blanc is looking for a replacement for Ezequiel Lavezzi, who moved to China during the winter transfer window. At least three clubs will reportedly try to convince Willian to join the Argentinian in the budding league.
The 27-year-old is unlikely to move to China at this point, as most of the players who have made the move in recent times either played for smaller clubs or had smaller roles, but the French capital would present Willian with an appealing destination.
Les Parisiens are all but guaranteed a spot in next year's Champions League, something the Blues will likely be unable to provide. PSG also face little competition in the hunt for the Ligue 1 title, so the chance to add more silverware to his resume could be tempting.
Chelsea won't be looking to sell at this point in time, but with a new manager arriving during the summer, it's unclear which position will see the most turnover. Bleacher Report's Dean Jones thinks AS Roma's Miralem Pjanic could be a transfer target if Antonio Conte takes over at Stamford Bridge:
Until the new manager lays out his plans, it's hard to see which players will stay and who might leave the club, but given his strong form, Willian will likely be considered a key asset who is close to untouchable.
A switch to the French capital may be possible, but as of right now, it doesn't seem likely.
Meanwhile, Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport (h/t Metro's Mark Brus) claims Manchester United will make an offer for Pogba, with Chelsea, Real Madrid and Manchester City reportedly also interested in his services.
Pogba previously played for the Red Devils but moved to Turin in 2012 and blossomed into one of the world's best young midfielders. Here's a look at some of his highlights:
The France international continues to be linked with just about every top club in Europe, including Chelsea, who are reportedly willing to offer him a huge wage packet, per Paul Hetherington of the Daily Star.
United would seem like an odd destination for the 22-year-old, given his previous experiences at Old Trafford. Pogba left United for a reason, and while management has undergone some major changes since 2012, those bad memories are likely still there for the Frenchman.
Chelsea may also struggle to land his services, however, given their poor form in 2015-16 and the fact they're unlikely to play in the Champions League next season as a result. Pogba is used to contending in Italy―he probably wouldn't look forward to a rebuilding phase with a new manager in west London.
Per ESPN FC's David Amoyal, Pogba already declined the opportunity to join the Blues in the past:
Juventus have a fantastic reputation for keeping hold of their top talents and only selling them unless the transfer fee is significantly higher than most clubs would be willing to pay, so an extended stay in Turin is still the most likely outcome for Pogba.
