Notable Picks
5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Vernon Hargreaves III

NFL Network's Albert Breer has reported that former Denver Broncos defensive lineman Malik Jackson is headed to Jacksonville on a six-year contract:
"Jaguars DL Malik Jackson's full guarantee: $31.5 million. He gets $45 million in the first 3 years of his 6-year, $85.5 million deal.
— Albert Breer (@AlbertBreer) March 9, 2016"
This move doesn't necessarily fill the Jaguars' need for a pass-rusher, but it does wrap up an awful lot of money in their defensive line.
As a result, the Jaguars may turn their attention to other areas of their struggling defense with the fifth pick.
Vernon Hargreaves III is coming off a stellar performance at the combine during which he likely solidified his place in the top 10.
8. Philadelphia Eagles: Jared Goff

According to NFL Network's Jeff Darlington, the Eagles and Miami Dolphins swapped first-round picks in their recent trade involving cornerback Byron Maxwell and linebacker Kiko Alonso:
"Important note as Dolphins-Eagles trade becomes a thing: Deal only included swap of 1st-rd picks, source says. 4th rounder was not involved.
— Jeff Darlington (@JeffDarlington) March 9, 2016"
The Eagles' desire to move up in the draft may be related to their interest in finding a quarterback of the future.
Sam Bradford was recently re-signed, but the fact it's a two-year contract shows the Eagles clearly have limited interest in his long-term services. The free-agent class of quarterbacks is exceptionally weak this year, so Philadelphia likely viewed locking up Bradford as a necessary insurance plan.
By climbing to No. 8, the Eagles are in much better position to land one of the top quarterbacks in this year's class.
It's possible Jared Goff or Carson Wentz will fall to them, but it's also worth noting the Eagles are now just one spot below the San Francisco 49ers—another team expected to pursue a quarterback in this draft class.
If the Eagles fear the 49ers will take their man, a trade up into the top six selections is now a realistic option.
20. New York Jets: Derrick Henry

Former Jets running back Chris Ivory is headed to the Jaguars, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. And former Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte is on his way to New York to take his place, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Forte is a decent short-term option, but he's 30 years old and coming off a season in which he missed three games due to injury. The Jets would be wise to bring in a young backup and potential future starter as well.
Ezekiel Elliott will likely be long gone by pick No. 20, but Alabama's Derrick Henry could be an option.
There were concerns about Henry's lack of agility potentially holding him back in the NFL, but he passed his test at the combine with flying colors and is now in the mix to slip into the late first round.
The 247-pound Henry is considerably bigger than Ivory (222 lbs) but has a similar downhill running style, which should make him a nice fit in New York.
