On Tuesday, UFC star Ronda Rousey took a moment to deliver a message on Instagram.

Her intended target on International Women's Day? The opposite sex: "If you are a man who has something negative to say about women; write it down, go home, and give it to your mom."

According to UFC President Dana White, Rousey's next opponent will be new bantamweight champion Miesha Tate, whom Rowdy has already beaten twice.
