Twitter Reacts as Arsenal Beat Hull City but Lose 3 Players to Injury

Tom WebbMar 8, 2016

Arsenal progressed to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup with a 4-0 win over Hull City on Tuesday, but it came at a cost as Per Mertesacker, Gabriel and Aaron Ramsey all picked up injuries.

The fifth-round replay started at the unusual time of 7 p.m., following the side's 0-0 draw at the Emirates Stadium on February 20:

Into the second half and Arsene Wenger was forced into his second substitution of the night when Gabriel joined Mertesacker in picking up an injury:

"

First Mertesacker, then Gabriel. Any more of this and Steve Bould will be coming off the bench.
