Players The Nuggets Should Target

Hey, this is my first article on this website. I am a huge Nuggets fan. And just for fun i thought i would right an article on some potential targets for us. Enjoy.

**for the record a lot of these suggest we trade K-Mart, i like him as a player i just feel he is the only piece we could move, and most teams wont want him anyways.

Troy Murphy: Add a good shooting big man. Downside: Contact is Expensive. 

Suggested Trade to Get him:

Kenyon Martin for Troy Murphy and Jeff Foster

Possibility: 12%

Stephen Jackson: Good starting SG (good defense and offense balance), can also back up SF. Downside: Contract is also expensive and he has been known to have a bad attitude.

Suggested Trade to Get him:

Kenyon Martin for S JAX and Ronny Turiaf

OR

TPE (expires Nov 3) for Stephen Jackson

Possibility: 25%

Kirk Hinrich: Combo Guard, back up SG and PG. Great Defense and 3 pt shooting. Downside: Contract is lengthy .... Should also be noted that Denver was planning on using the TPE from trading Camby on him, then we got Billups

Suggested Trade to Get him:

Kirk Hinrich and Luol Deng for Kenyon Martin

(Only reason CHI does this is if they feel they need a defensive PF and want to dump to long contracts)

Possibility: 7%

Jeff Foster: Defensive Big. Great Defense. Downside: Age and Contract

Suggested Trade to Get him:

TPE for Foster

Possibility: 50%

David Lee: Rebounding PF who doesn't require touches to score. Downside: Lack of Height.

Rights of Kleiza +James White + Picks for David Lee (I actually dont know if this trade would work so....)

Possibility:1%

Leandro Barbossa: Fast combo guard. Downside: Bad Defender

TPE for Barbossa

(Suns are saving money)

Possibility: 5%

I KNOW A LOT OF THESE ARE JUST PIPE DREAMS BUT ITS BEEN A LONG AND BORING OFF-SEASON LOL.
