Javier Hernandez Still Receives Texts from Sir Alex Ferguson Before Big Games
Bayer Leverkusen striker Javier Hernandez is still full of praise for former Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson.
The Mexican striker sat down for an interview with BBC's Football Focus, which will air on Saturday morning, and he revealed the legendary Scottish manager still texts him before big games.
"For me, he's the best," said Hernandez. "He gave me the chance to make my dream come true. To play, first of all, in Europe and at one of the biggest clubs in football history."

Chicharito spent four years at Old Trafford before moving to Real Madrid on a season-long loan in 2014/15.
He joined the Bundesliga side on a permanent deal in August last year.
He admitted it was disappointing to leave the Red Devils but insisted he holds no resentment over United manager Louis van Gaal's decision to move him on.
"I said 'thank you' to him," Hernandez added. "He was very honest. He told me that if I get a good offer and the club likes it and I like it, then he would be happy to let me go."
