Gary Lineker Reiterates Commitment to Hosting MOTD in Pants If Leicester Win EPL

Gary Lineker is a man of his word.

The 55-year-old has confirmed that if Leicester City can pull off an improbable Premier League title win, he will host the first episode of Match of the Day next season in only his pants.

The former Foxes striker made the claim in December after Claudio Ranieri's men defeated Chelsea, and it's looking more and more likely every week that the likes of Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez will be holding winners' medals in May.

And Lineker posted in the aftermath of a wild evening of football which saw Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City lose, extending Leicester's lead at the top of the table to three points.

We're taking that as confirmation.
