Liverpool's Joel Matip at Fault for Schalke Leading to Shakhtar's 2nd Goal

Liverpool fans might want to look away now.

Incoming defender Joel Matip was at fault as Shakhtar Donetsk scored their third goal against Schalke in Gelsenkirchen on Thursday night.

The Ukrainian outfit already led 1-0, both on the night and in the tie, before Matip made his blunder leading to Sofiane Feghouli's goal.

Matip is due to join the Reds in the Premier League when his contract with the Bundesliga side expires in summer.
