D-III Umpire Rides Hoverboard Down Basepath

The whole hoverboard thing has gone too far.

Riding into an arena? Fashionable. Cruising into the sunset after a trade? Questionable yet acceptable.

But hopping onto one of these things on the diamond? C'mon.

Well, over the weekend, an umpire at Johns Hopkins rolled down the basepath on a hoverboard.

If J.R. Smith isn't allowed to ride one, this dude shouldn't be either.
