Donald Trump Certain He Would Defeat President Obama in Round of Golf
Ask the man who owns some of the most prestigious golf courses in the world about his capabilities in the sport, and it's unlikely he'll be modest.
GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump certainly wasn't when someone inquired about his handicap—around four, according to the billionaire—during a South Carolina campaign stop.
As it turns out, Trump believes that figure would be good enough to, well, trump the current president.
Citing "many club championship" victories, Trump affirmed that, in an 18-hole contest between him and President Barack Obama, he would emerge the winner.
But what about the commander in chief's routine time on the green?
While it's of no concern to Trump from a competitive standpoint, he did take issue with who POTUS plays alongside.
"When the President plays golf it's OK, but he should play with people he wants to make deals with. Not just his friends," Trump said.
