Discounted Jose Mourinho Socks Currently the Best-Selling Item in Chelsea Store

Chelsea may have sacked Jose Mourinho in December, but they're still raking in the profits generated by the Portuguese manager's up-and-down second stint at Stamford Bridge.

Mourinho returned to the club in 2013 and lifted his third Premier League title in 2015 before losing his job after a disastrous start to the 2015/16 campaign.

The repercussions were felt as far as the club's official megastore, which responded by slashing the price of socks featuring Mourinho's face from £5 to £2. That's prompted fans to snap them up at such a rate that they are currently the best-selling item in the club's official megastore.

At the other end of the scale sits Mourinho's latest book, released shortly before his sacking, with signed copies selling for a hefty £110.

I think I'll stick to the socks.
