Eden Hazard Sends DVD to Amnesia Sufferer to Help Him Recall Chelsea's Title Win
Most Chelsea fans might be finding it hard to remember the club's Premier League success last season, but one fan has been sent some help from a Blues star, according to the Mirror.
Eden Hazard heard the story of Vladimir Howard, a Chelsea fan who suffered amnesia after he was assaulted in November, and reached out to the 36-year-old, sending him a signed DVD recapping their 2014-15 season.

As a result of the attack, Howard, a Bermondsey carpenter, was no longer able to remember the Blues' Premier League and League Cup double last term and had to take to the Internet to watch replays of the side's matches.
"This is really going to help," he said. "Watching on YouTube has been helping me remember, but this is much, much better. It's nice of Eden to think of me. From now in he is my top man.
"I love Chelsea and because the club is a big part of my life I'm sure this will trigger the memories."
