Beverley Active vs. Warriors

Rockets head coach J.B. Bickerstaff told reporters Beverley will play in Game 5 against Golden State on Wednesday night.
Beverley Brings Strong Defensive Presence to Lineup
Beverley lost his starting job to Ty Lawson at the beginning of the 2015-16 campaign, but he managed to earn it back by the end of November. Houston released Lawson at the beginning of March, as Beverley's superior perimeter defense made him a far better fit in the starting lineup.
With star shooting guard James Harden often dominating the ball and requiring a lot of usage to be successful, Beverley was an improvement over Lawson on both ends of the court.
