Eric Dier Takes On Daniel Murphy at the Dizzy Baseball Challenge

Tottenham Hotspur defender Eric Dier tried his luck with a different kind of ball on Tuesday, when he took on Washington Nationals star Daniel Murphy in the Dizzy Baseball Challenge.

The challenge started with the participants spinning around a baseball bat until they were dizzy. They then attempted to hit a ball as far as they could in a given hitting zone.

Dier did his fellow footballers proud with a couple of decent efforts, but in the end, he fell just short of Murphy's 95-metre total.

The undoubted highlight, however, was provided by the Spurs man falling to the floor on his third and final attempt. It's not like a footballer to go to the ground easily.
