Gael Clichy Scores from Just Outside His Own Box in Manchester City Training

There was an extraordinary goal in Manchester City training on Tuesday, courtesy of Gael Clichy's left boot.

Not known for his goalscoring exploits, the French left-back picked the ball up just outside his own box and launched a stunning effort across the pitch and over the unsuspecting goalkeeper.

"After 10-20 maybe 30 tries I finally scored this one," Clichy wrote on Instagram afterwards.
