Ouch.

Things got a little too inspirational in the changing room of French amateur rugby side Racing Club Cubzaguais recently, with a pre-match hype routine getting out of hand.

While it might seem totally logical for player-to-player headbutting sessions to occasionally stray into aggression, this one well and truly overstepped the mark, with one forward reportedly breaking the nose of his team-mate.

As the team peered on awkwardly, it's fair to say it might have spoiled the intensity of the pregame ritual.
