Williams Provides Quality Depth in Lakers Backcourt

Williams has been one of the few bright spots for Los Angeles this season. The 29-year-old is among the team's leaders in scoring, and he also leads the Lakers in Basketball-Reference.com's win shares.

Lakers head coach Byron Scott has had a difficult time finding any sort of rotation that works well together. Kobe Bryant is at a point where he will need rest frequently to make it through his farewell season healthy. Julius Randle and D'Angelo Russell have struggled with consistency.

Williams has been able to perform and stay healthy for the Lakers so far this season. He's missed a game here and there for rest but hadn't had a significant injury issue until the hamstring injury.
