Chip Kelly joined the Philadelphia Eagles in 2013 hot off of transforming the Oregon Ducks into a national powerhouse, and many around the league expected him to enjoy similar success in the NFL.

Yet after three up-and-down seasons and an unceremonious firing following Week 16 this year, interest in Kelly's services among NFL general managers was minimal.
