High school freshman Grant Griffin, who plays in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, dropped a helpless defender recently with a deadly crossover.

Griffin set up his opponent, gave a head shake and snapped the ball through.

That's quite an addition to the highlight reel for your first year of high school.
