Manchester United Manager Louis Van Gaal Is Making a Mess at Old Trafford

Manchester United's 1-0 defeat to Southampton at Old Trafford on Saturday was their sixth loss of the season in the Premier League.

It leaves them with just 37 points from the first 23 games, their worst return at this stage since the league was rebranded in 1992.

United are now five points behind Tottenham Hotspur and the final Champions League qualifying spot, having already crashed out of Europe's premier competition in December.
