Petey Pablo Drops Panthers Tribute 'Carolina Colors' Prior to NFC Championship

Cam Newton may have just found his new pregame, dabbing hype song—Petey Pablo's "Carolina Colors."

The latest cut comes ahead of the Panthers' Sunday Super Bowl bid as they take on the Arizona Cardinals at home.

Unlike most team-tribute raps, it's surprisingly palatable.

The North Carolina native skips all of the superfluous name drops, opting for more clever lines and riding a pretty solid beat into the chorus:

Face-to-face,

Toe-to-toe with 'em.

It's not changing the game, but there's little to dislike.

In fact, as far as squad-specific sports anthems go, it's a tough track—one you could easily expect fans of the NFC's No. 1 seed to get plenty of enjoyment out of listening to.

Who knows? Maybe it'll even get Greg Olsen dancing.
