Manchester United Transfer News: Andreas Pereira Admits Frustration, Top Rumours
Manchester United youngster Andreas Pereira has hinted that he would be open to a loan move away from Old Trafford in January as he is becoming frustrated at his lack of first-team opportunities.
The Brazilian forward has only been handed starts in the Capital One Cup this season, and his Premier League appearances have amounted to 78 minutes of on-pitch action, per WhoScored.com.
Not only is he frustrated at a lack of match-time with United, but he clearly wants an opportunity to impress his international coaches ahead of the summer's Olympics in Brazil, and Pereira indicated a loan move may suit him, per GloboEsporte (via Samuel Luckhurst in the Manchester Evening News):

"I'm a United player, [but] I've seen in the press that there are various other clubs interested.
I don't know if United want to loan me out but I'm working hard to get more opportunities. It's their decision.
I'm focused on doing my job at United, [but] of course I want to be more visible to those in Brazil. So I need to play more and get more chances.
Playing in the Olympics is a big dream of mine.
He [manager Louis van Gaal]'s asked me to keep working hard and that my chance will come. I'm doing my best.
Of course I get frustrated at times that I'm not playing, but the coach is always speaking to me.
I need more game-time and the club will decide with my agent.
"
According to GloboEsporte's report, Leicester City, Malaga and PSV Eindhoven are all "monitoring" the 20-year-old's situation.
He undoubtedly has bags of potential and was very impressive in United under-21s' 4-0 victory over Southampton on Monday, a performance that added credence to the argument that he deserves more first-team opportunities, per the Manchester Evening News' Alice McKeegan:
"Januzaj will grab the headlines but Pereira has been superb again. Too good for u21 football and deserves first-team chance. #mufc

It is not like the Red Devils are currently bursting with the kind of invention and verve that Pereira could provide in Van Gaal's team.
Indeed, Bleacher Report's Dean Jones recently suggested United buy some flair players in the January transfer window:
But, in Pereira, United arguably already have a player who could invigorate their stale attack, and his versatility could also be a help—he can play on the flanks, as a No. 10, or as a deeper-lying central midfielder.
Given that the Belgian-born player is now voicing his frustration, Van Gaal needs to take heed from United history and make sure to avoid another Paul Pogba situation.
United need to keep Pereira happy or he may well jump ship, and the side could benefit from giving him more opportunities.
Elsewhere, the rumblings about a potential move for Real Madrid's James Rodriguez continue following reports United have already made a big-money bid, per Sport (via Sport Witness).
Per Spanish outlet Fichajes (via the Express' Bruce Archer), the Colombian is on his way out of the Santiago Bernabeu having fallen out of favour with former manager Rafael Benitez, and that seems to be the case under new boss Zinedine Zidane.
As noted by Archer, United were in for James before he joined Real in 2014 and would surely be tempted to make a move for him again should he become available.
