EA Sports Makes Mike Tyson Playable Character in 'UFC 2' Game
After spending his career in the ring, boxing great Mike Tyson is headed to the Octagon.
In digital form, at least.
EA Sports has included Tyson as a playable character in its upcoming video gameย UFC 2.ย This is the company's way of honoring a fighter who had "legendary knockout power," which helped him put together one of the best careers in boxing history.

Tyson's presence in a UFC video game would be intriguing enough for fans on its ownโbut it gets better. EA Sports created two different versions of the boxer:
"Iron" Mike Tyson and "Legacy" Mike Tyson will give gamers the opportunity to play with the boxer at two different stages of his fighting days,ย with the latter being a tribute to his entire career.
UFC President Dana White is thrilled to see Tyson included in his promotion's video game:
UFC 2ย will be released March 15, and fans who pre-order the game will be able to fight with Tyson right away.
