Head coach Jeff Hornacek said Teletovic will attempt to play despite not being 100 percent, per Craig Grialou of 98.7 FM.
Teletovic's Career Year Provides Suns with Vital Weapon
Teletovic is averaging a career-high 9.9 points on 43.4 percent shooting from the field and 42.9 percent shooting from three—a mark that ranks tops among power forwards, per ESPN.com.
Teletovic's player efficiency rating has also ticked up to a personal-best 17.1, per Basketball-Reference.com, which represents a 3.4-point improvement over his career average.
The fourth-year pro has been coming on strong of late, with January representing his most prosperous month during a season that's otherwise been tumultuous for the Suns. In his seven January appearances prior to Tuesday night, Teletovic was averaging 14.9 points and four rebounds while drilling 42.9 percent of his triples.
A stretch 4 with the ability to play the 5 in smaller lineups, Teletovic (6'9") has been one of Hornacek's most dependable weapons this season. Phoenix will be happy to see him back on the court.
