Andreas Pereira Shows Sublime Skill, Almost Scores Wonder Goal in Under-21 Game

Manchester United youngster Andreas Pereira gave a glimpse of his immense talent on Monday with a sublime piece of skill that almost resulted in a very special goal.

The starlet was playing in an under-21 fixture against Southampton, when he received the ball on the edge of the opposing area. 

With an impressive sequence of touches, Pereira kept the ball off the floor, knocked it over a defender's wild challenge and hit a dipping volley that would have found the top corner, were it not for a fine save from the goalkeeper.

Pereira has made seven appearances for the United first team so far this season, and he could be in line for a few more if he can continue to produce moments like this.
