Seahawks vs. Panthers: Video Highlights and Recap from 2016 Divisional Playoffs

A year ago, the Carolina Panthers visited a Seattle Seahawks team riding on top of the world with home-field advantage throughout the playoffs and tried to topple them. Twelve months later, the script has been flipped.

The Seahawks were the ones on the road this time, taking on a Carolina team that dropped just one regular-season contest. With Cam Newton posting an MVP-worthy season and a defense that ranks sixth in team defense, Carolina won its first 14 games to knock Seattle off its perch atop the NFC.

Newton and Co. were trying to do the same in the playoffs this year after a string of four losses against the Seahawks over the last three seasons.

The Panthers would go on to hold off Seattle, 31-24.
