John Scott is no longer going to the 2016 NHL All-Star Game.
A joke that began with a seemingly harmless surge in fan voting to send the otherwise unimpressive Scott to Nashville in an apparent attempt to demonstrate the lack of weight the All-Star Game carries went south Friday when a three-team deal not only dispatched the Arizona Coyotes forward to the Montreal Canadiens but also landed him in the AHL.
