Leo Messi Talks About Neymar, Luis Suarez: 'Suarez Is Best No. 9 in the World'

Leo Messi has heaped praise on the other two-thirds of his legendary Barcelona front three, labelling Luis Suarez the world's best No. 9.
Speaking after picking up his fifth Ballon d'Or trophy on Monday night, the Argentinian told FIFATV about his relationship with the Uruguayan and Brazilian team-mate Neymar.

"I think it's all down to the chemistry between the three of us, both on and off the pitch, the type of people that we are," he said. "We all want the best for the team, for the squad, and that's more important than anything else".
Together the three won five titles in 2015, and while Neymar joined Messi on the Ballon d'Or podium, many believe Suarez should have been there too.
In 2015, the trio combined for 137 goals, with Messi and Suarez scoring 48 each and Neymar adding 41.
"I get on very well with Neymar. He's said really nice things about me from day one," said Messi. "It makes me very happy to hear a friend and a colleague talk about me like that."
But he reserved the highest praise for Suarez:
"It's hard to compare him to anyone I've played with. What I can say is that he's the best No. 9 in the world today, that it's a pleasure to play with him, for what he brings to the team. I get on really well with him off the pitch too. I'm very happy to be sharing all this with him.
"
It's straight back into action for Luis Enrique's side as they prepare to face Espanyol in the second leg of their Copa del Rey last-16 tie on Wednesday night.
