Mario Balotelli Accused of Urinating on His Team-Mates' Boots at Inter Milan

Mario Balotelli has a long and storied history of off-the-field hijinks. Now, we may have to add another tale to his legend of unprofessionalism. 

According to his former Inter Milan team-mate Kerlon—he of temporary "seal dribble" fame—the Italian striker used to do something rather disgusting to his colleague's footwear.

The Mirror reports:

"Balotelli is a really cool guy and an extraordinary person, but he does some incredible things off the pitch," Kerlon told ESPN Brazil.

"He had this habit of arriving at training before everyone and peeing on all the players' boots.

"For that reason, he and Materazzi always fought. It was very funny.

"I had never seen an 18-year-old kid to that kind of thing."

Kerlon claimed that no man was immune from Balo's urine distribution:

"He didn't show mercy to anyone, even guys like Julio Cesar and Maicon.

"And no one cared, because he was such a child.

"They would ruffle his hair and say 'Ah, that's just Balotelli.'"

lt certainly sounds like a barrel of laughs to be in the same team as Mario—provided you have a spare pair of boots.
