Napoli's chances of becoming Scudetto contenders were helped on Wednesday night when Lorenzo Insigne scored a wonderful golazo. 

The 24-year-old striker put the Partenopei one to the good after 16 minutes of their Serie A clash with Torino after volleying a wonderful lob over the stranded 'keeper.

It was Insigne's eighth goal of the season—that's more than he's scored in his previous 72 games combined, as per Squawka on Twitter.

Fabio Quagliarella cancelled out Insigne's opener five minutes later, but Marik Hamsik struck just before half-time to give the Neapolitans a 2-1 win.

The three points put Napoli in third place in the Serie A table, a single point behind leaders Internazionale.
