There are rough days, and then there's what happened to lacrosse player Zack Greer.

After dropping an opponent and then getting his mask punched off in retaliation, Greer was immediately drilled right in the mug with a shot from his own teammate.

Talk about a painful two seconds.

Greer was later seen on the bench icing his face, but that'll still be hurting for a while.
