J.J. Watt Celebrates 1st Sack Without Cast by Checking out His Hand
Kyle NewportJun 8, 2018
Playing in his first game without a cast on his hand in nearly a month, Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt wasted no time in returning to form.
Watt broke his hand in early December and had played through the injury, though he clearly was not the same. It took him until Week 16 to record a sack while wearing the cast.
The cast came off this week, and it wasn't long before he showed what he could do when healthy. On Jacksonville's opening drive of the game, Watt got to Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles for the sack. To celebrate, the four-time Pro Bowler celebrated by checking out his injured hand.
