Favors Active vs. Mavericks
Monday, April 11
The Jazz announced Favors would be available on Monday against the Dallas Mavericks.
Favors Provides Jazz with Consistent Production
The 24-year-old, in his sixth year in the league, has been a mainstay in the Jazz lineup over the past three seasons. Prior to the injury, he was averaging 16.5 points and 8.2 rebounds per game after increasing his scoring in each of the past five seasons heading into this year.
Favors doesn't dominate any statistical category, but he has been solid across the board for Utah since joining the team in the middle of the 2010-11 season.
Head coach Quin Snyder has been happy with Favors' development, per Aaron Falk of the Salt Lake Tribune.
"He's been really good," Snyder said. "I think he's been balanced as far as what he's been doing."
