WWE SmackDown: Live Results, Reaction and Analysis

Welcome to Bleacher Report's live WWE SmackDown coverage for December 22.

This week's show is airing live on Tuesday instead of the usual pre-taped show we get on Thursdays, so there are no spoilers to let us know what is going to happen.

Two matches have already been announced for the event on WWE.com. The Lucha Dragons will challenge The New Day for the Tag Team Championships, and Dean Ambrose will defend the intercontinental title against Kevin Owens and Dolph Ziggler.

After Monday's ridiculous Slammy Awards ceremony, it will be nice to get back to basics and focus on wrestling.

Can The Lucha Dragons overcome The New Day's numbers advantage?

Will The Authority have more punishment in store for Roman Reigns?

After facing Sheamus inside a steel cage, is Ambrose healthy enough to fend off Ziggler and Owens?

Will anyone make a surprise appearance?

And lastly, will Sheamus demand his rematch for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship?
