Super Bowl 2016: Las Vegas' Latest Odds for Favorites and Sleepers
Get ready for a Super Bowl 50 matchup between the Carolina Panthers and the New England Patriots.
While there are still nearly three full weeks of the regular season to play along with three rounds of NFL playoffs, the Patriots and Panthers are favored to get to Levi's Stadium to decide the NFL championship February 7.
The Panthers are undefeated through their first 13 games and have three winnable games remaining against the New York Giants, Atlanta Falcons and Tampa Bay Buccaneers left on their schedule. Going 16-0 in the regular season does not assure any team of a Super Bowl championship, and no team knows that better than the Patriots.

They accomplished that feat in 2007 and led through the majority of the fourth quarter of the Super Bowl, but they were denied by the Giants. Nevertheless, the Panthers are plus-375 co-favorites to get to the Super Bowl and win the game this year, according to Odds Shark.
The Patriots are 11-2 as they get ready to host the Tennessee Titans in their last regular-season home game. While they have suffered a number of injuries to players like Dion Lewis and LeGarrette Blount, the Pats are also plus-375 favorites to win Super Bowl 50. They are clear favorites to represent the AFC in the championship game.
| Carolina Panthers | +375 |
| New England Patriots | +375 |
| Arizona Cardinals | +550 |
| Seattle Seahawks | +600 |
| Pittsburgh Steelers | +750 |
| Green Bay Packers | +1,000 |
| Denver Broncos | +1,200 |
| Kansas City Chiefs | +1,600 |
| Cincinnati Bengals | +2,200 |
| Indianapolis Colts | +5.000 |
| Minnesota Vikings | +5.000 |
| N.Y. Giants | +5.000 |
| N.Y. Jets | +5.000 |
| Philadelphia Eagles | +5.000 |
| Washington Redskins | +10,000 |
| Houston Texans | +10,000 |
The Arizona Cardinals are right behind those two teams at plus-400, and they are considered to be a legitimate threat because of their talent on both sides of the ball. The Cardinals rank first in total offense and fourth in fewest yards allowed, and quarterback Carson Palmer has been lighting it up all season. He has thrown for 4,003 yards with a 31-9 TD-interception ratio, and the Cardinals show no signs of slowing down.
The Seattle Seahawks have reeled off four straight one-sided victories and have improved to 8-5 after a brutal start to their season. They are now showing signs that they could be in a position to get back to the Super Bowl for a third straight season because quarterback Russell Wilson is on fire. He has thrown 16 TD passes in the last four weeks and he has not thrown an interception. The Seahawks are plus-600 to win the Super Bowl.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are the No. 2-rated team in the AFC to win the Super Bowl, according to Odds Shark at plus-750. The Steelers host the Denver Broncos (plus-1,200) in Week 15, and prior to the start of that game, the Steelers find themselves on the outside of the playoffs looking in.

However, Ben Roethlisberger has an excellent rapport with wide receivers Antonio Brown, Martavis Bryant and Markus Wheaton, and the Steelers have the capability of lighting up the scoreboard on an every-week basis.
No other team in either conference has odds of less than plus-1,000 to hoist the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
The Green Bay Packers were rated as a likely Super Bowl champion by many of the preseason publications, but their once-formidable offense has slowed considerably, and they have fallen to plus-1,000. Still, it would not be wise to count out the Packers as long as Aaron Rodgers is under center.
One week ago, the Cincinnati Bengals were holding on to the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs. However, they lost their Week 14 home game to the Steelers and quarterback Andy Dalton broke his thumb. Their prospects for winning a title have taken a severe hit, and their odds have fallen to plus-2,200.

The Kansas City Chiefs may be unlikely champions, but they have opened a lot of eyes around the league with their seven-game winning streak. Alex Smith is not a down-the-field bomber, but he rarely throws interceptions, and the Chiefs have rallied after a 1-5 start. They are rated a plus-1,600 to win the title for the first time since Super Bowl IV.
Their opponent in that game was the Minnesota Vikings, a team that has been to four Super Bowls but has never won it. The Vikings have a powerful running game and a nasty defense, and they are plus-5,000 to win the Super Bowl. That would seem to indicate that the Vikings may still be a year or more from winning the championship, but don't tell that to aggressive head coach Mike Zimmer.
