The Thunder star made a tremendous layup while his head was behind the backboard Thursday night at Quicken Loans Arena.

No, seriously. 

The best part is he made it look so easy. 

The first-quarter effort gave the Thunder a 22-15 lead over the Cleveland Cavaliers.
