Barcelona's 2016/17 Home Kit Will Return to Vertical Stripes

Joe GallagherDec 12, 2015

FC Barcelona's foray into horizontal stripes will be a short one, with the Liga club confirming they will revert back to the more traditional vertical stripes from next season, per AS English.

The hooped kit has been hit-and-miss with fans this year, and from the start of the 2016/17 campaign, the Catalan giants will wear a new shirt drawing inspiration from the club's first Champions League victory in 1991-92.

They last wore vertical stripes in their treble-winning 2014-15 season.
