Under Armour Curry Two 'Suit & Tie' Release Date, Pics and Retail Price

Under Armour is prepared to release the latest edition of the Curry 2, "Suit & Tie," this week just in time for the holiday rush. The basic concept of the design is exactly what you'd expect with a clean, crisp look featuring a black and white base color scheme.

The shoe also incorporates shades of grey and red, so it's not an entirely black-and-white look, but it still provides that dress-up feel. It's a deviation from many of the other Curry 2 releases, which have featured bright, bold colors. Now the collection really has something for everybody.

It's easy to see the "Suit & Tie" elements in play. The contrast sets the overall tone, and carrying it throughout the look, including the white outsole and black tongue, ensures the shoe keeps with the theme throughout.

The description with the picture uses the word "classy," and that's exactly what it is. Since the Curry 2 has typically featured more unique, colorful styles, this shoe represents a terrific change of pace to help the collection cover a larger spectrum.

Ultimately, there aren't a ton of surprises here, and that's a good thing. The name "Suit & Tie" demands a certain style, and it's provided with only a couple of tweaks to make it an unparalleled look. The latter is always important, especially with so many companies vying for attention at this time of year.

The latest version of the Curry 2 should certainly leave its mark in the weeks ahead.
