WWE Superstar Power Rankings for 11/30/2015

With WWE Tables, Ladders & Chairs 2015 less than two weeks away, the WWE Superstar Power Rankings have been fairly stable.  Sheamus holds on to the No. 1 spot, and the next five slots remain unchanged from last week's rankings as well.  Others Superstars, like Undertaker and Kane, remain in the top 10 as well, but in slightly different positions.

In short, it was an eventful week that yielded little change in the rankings.  But as mentioned, there's plenty to talk about.  There's a new challenger for the Intercontinental Championship, and Charlotte may have more than one opponent for her title in the near future after a tough week.

In addition, Rusev made his return to WWE.  As he was before, he's aligned with King Barrett and Sheamus, who seem to have reformed their stable under the banner of The Authority.

Anyways, this past week's events and results will be discussed more thoroughly throughout the following slides. But beforehand, please read the "How These Rankings Work" slide for more information on how the rankings are determined...

The Authority Celebrates Sheamus' Win at Survivor Series

These rankings are not a popularity contest and are not designed to determine who has the best matches or the most ability.  These rankings are strictly in-storyline power rankings.

All active Superstars and Divas on the WWE roster are considered, excluding talents who primarily or exclusively perform in NXT.  Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, but any NXT Superstar deemed eligible for these rankings will remain on the Watchlist until officially named as part of the main roster.

Holding a championship, being a No. 1 contender or holding a Money in the Bank briefcase counts for much of a wrestler's ranking, and these honors are therefore the most heavily weighted components.

If a Superstar is deemed to be tied with another, holding a title will be the primary tiebreaker.  However, holding a championship, being a No. 1 contender or holding the Money in the Bank briefcase in no way guarantees a spot in the top 10.

Wins and losses account for the bulk of the week-to-week movement and, after championships, are the most important components of the rankings.  The quality and rank of a wrestler's opponents are considered in the week-to-week movement.

Getting the better of someone—such as beating someone down—also counts, though not nearly as much as wins and losses. Being over with the fans (i.e., getting a strong reaction) is not heavily weighed in the ranking decisions; it is effectively the last tiebreaker.  Pay-per-view wins and losses take on added importance.

Only the top 10 wrestlers are ranked.  Wrestlers on the Watchlist were considered for top-10 status but were ultimately nixed.  They are unranked, and their listing is in no particular order. 

Generally speaking, these rankings do not break kayfabe.  However, any major non-storyline information—serious injuries, wellness policy violations, suspensions, legitimate hirings, firings, contract information and "sabbaticals"—may be taken into consideration, but only if WWE confirms or addresses it publicly.

WWE's non-televised domestic and international live events are not included in these rankings unless WWE incorporates them into television storylines or acknowledges them on TV or in some other official storyline capacity.  Also, nothing that could be explicitly considered a spoiler is included unless WWE acknowledges it as well.

In short, all main-roster shows—televised or digitally distributed—as well as anything from WWE.com, the WWE mobile app,  the WWE Network and any WWE-affiliated or Superstar accounts on social media that don't break kayfabe may be taken into consideration. These may include but are not limited to Raw, SmackDown, Main Event, Superstars, NXT, pay-per-views, WWE Network specials and any other storyline-driven content from the WWE Network.

Charlotte

It was a bad week for Divas champion Charlotte.  Paige demanded a rematch for the title following video evidence that showed that Charlotte's hand was barely under the ropes when Paige tapped out at Survivor Series.  The rematch was made and ended in a double count-out.  

Afterward, Paige assaulted Charlotte and put her in the PTO on the announce table.  The next night on Main Event, Charlotte faced Brie Bella one-on-one.  Charlotte was rolled up and pinned in stunning fashion.  Now, with Paige likely to get yet another rematch, Brie has a solid claim on a title shot as well.  

The Dudley Boyz

It was a mixed week for The Dudley Boyz.  Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley faced off against The Wyatt Family twice this week.  They faced (and lost to) Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper on Raw, then defeated Erick Rowan and Braun Strowman by disqualification when the entire Wyatt Family attacked them.  

Will The Dudleyz continue their rivalry with The Wyatts, or were they just in the wrong place at the wrong time in bearing the brunt the family's wrath?

The Usos

The Usos are on the verge of getting back into the WWE Tag Team Championship picture but lack a signature win that would lock down the opportunity.  They nearly got their chance on Raw during an open challenge issued by The New Day, but the offer was rescinded.  They also interfered in the SmackDown match between New Day and The Lucha Dragons, giving The Lucha Dragons a win.  

Can they jump past their competition and get a title shot themselves?

10. The Wyatt Family

The Wyatt Family's week mirrors that of The Dudley Boyz.  A win on Raw by Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper got it off to a good start, but the DQ loss on SmackDown slowed its momentum just a tad.  

The Wyatts put a vicious beating on the Dudleys and said it was punishment for The Brothers of Destruction's victory at Survivor Series.  The question now is: Was that intended to get Kane and Undertaker's attention, or was it simply the Wyatts taking their frustrations out on the Dudleys?

9. The Brothers of Destruction

Fresh off a victory over The Wyatt Family at Survivor Series, Kane and Undertaker did not appear this week on WWE TV.  But that doesn't mean their presence wasn't felt.

The Wyatts look like they want another crack at them and delivered a beating to The Dudley Boyz, claiming that said beating was revenge for the Wyatts' loss at Survivor Series.  

Will Kane and Undertaker respond?  Or will they bide their time and strike at the Wyatts on their own terms?

8. Jack Swagger

Movement: Into Top 10

Jack Swagger hasn't been relevant in the rankings for a very long time.  But that all changed this past week.  He's been teasing a renewal of his rivalry with Alberto Del Rio for a few weeks now, but that rivalry has officially resumed.

After interrupting a "State of Mexamerica" address on Raw, Swagger faced Del Rio in a non-title match on SmackDown.  Swagger technically won the match when Del Rio got a chair involved in the match.  But Swagger got his own chair and drove Del Rio and Zeb Colter away.

The win almost certainly means that Swagger will get a shot at Del Rio's United States Championship, meaning he's all but officially the No. 1 contender for the title.  If that's the case, will Swagger get his shot at TLC?

7. The Lucha Dragons

Movement: Up 3

The Lucha Dragons had a solid week, one that may well guarantee them a shot at the WWE Tag Team Championships.  On Raw, they answered an open challenge issued by The New Day, but when The Usos also answered, New Day balked, and no match took place.  

But on SmackDown, with an assist from Jey Uso dressed as The Gobbledy Gooker, Kalisto and Sin Cara defeated New Day in a non-title match.  That could very well mean they have earned a title shot.  

If they have, will it come at TLC?

6. The New Day

Movement: None

It was a rough week for The New Day, but it holds steady at No. 6.  On Raw, it issued an open challenge for its WWE Tag Team Championships but rescinded when both The Lucha Dragons and The Usos answered.

Then on SmackDown, after a Thanksgiving dinner where Xavier Woods dressed as the Gobbledy Gooker, the heels faced The Lucha Dragons.  The Gooker was at ringside while Big E and Kofi Kingston competed.  But Xavier Woods wasn't in the outfit this time; it was Jey Uso.  

Jey cost New Day the match, and Jimmy Uso brought out a tied-up Woods.  Woods was then attacked as the rest of New Day was forced to watch.  

Now New Day has to worry about defending the titles against perhaps both The Lucha Dragons and The Usos.

5. Alberto Del Rio W/ Zeb Colter

Movement: None

WWE United States champion Alberto Del Rio had a down week.  He and Zeb Colter were delivering a "State of Mexamerica" address on Raw but were interrupted by Jack Swagger.  Swagger tried to remind Colter what he abandoned when he got a "We the People" chant going.

That encounter led to a non-title match on SmackDown between Swagger and Del Rio.  Del Rio lost after he used a chair in the match.  Swagger, using his own chair, fended off the attack and drove off Del Rio and Colter.

Now, the rivalry that's been expected since Colter aligned with Del Rio is taking shape.  Can Del Rio fend off the challenge of Swagger, and can he rely on Zeb Colter, who may feel conflicted about his loyalties?

4. Kevin Owens

Movement: None

Intercontinental champion Kevin Owens had one match this past week.  He teamed with Tyler Breeze in a tag match against Dean Ambrose and Dolph Ziggler.  His team lost when Ambrose pinned Breeze to secure the win.

On SmackDown, he was on commentary as Breeze, Ziggler and Ambrose all faced off in a Triple Threat match to determine who would next face Owens for the Intercontinental Championship.  He watched as Dean Ambrose, the man who defeated him in the semifinals of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament, emerged victorious.

Owens and Ambrose are officially slated to face off at TLC in less than two weeks.  Can Owens get the win this time and retain his title?

3. Dean Ambrose

Movement: None

Dean Ambrose had a very good week.  On Raw, he teamed with Dolph Ziggler in a tag team win over Kevin Owens and Tyler Breeze.  Then on SmackDown, with Kevin Owens on commentary, he defeated Breeze and Ziggler in a Triple Threat match to win the right to face Owens for the intercontinental title at TLC.

Ambrose defeated Owens in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament to advance to the finals and is looking to repeat that victory at TLC.  Can Ambrose get the win?

2. Roman Reigns

Movement: None

Roman Reigns, coming off Survivor Series, is as determined as ever to be the WWE world heavyweight champion.  At five minutes and fifteen seconds, it's one of the shortest world title reigns in WWE history.  But he is due a rematch.

He wanted that rematch on Raw but didn't get it.  Instead, Triple H told him he'd face Sheamus in a TLC match at TLC and would also face a returning Rusev in the main event of Raw.  Reigns won, and also drove off King Barrett and Sheamus, both of whom tried to attack him during and after the match.

SmackDown was less eventful, with Reigns and Sheamus trading insults as the show opened.  Nothing came of their confrontation, and Reigns' week ended on a quiet note.

In less than two weeks, though, he'll face Sheamus for the title in a TLC match.  Can he regain the title he held for a fleeting moment?

1. Sheamus

Movement: None

WWE world heavyweight champion Sheamus didn't compete in any matches this week but holds on to the No. 1 spot nevertheless.  He found out that Roman Reigns would indeed get a rematch, and that the rematch would take place at TLC as a TLC match.

He also tried attacking Reigns in the main event of Raw but was thwarted.  And during the opening segment of SmackDown, he interrupted Reigns' promo, calling him a "walking, talking Adele song."  Nothing came of the confrontation, though.

Sheamus is no stranger to success at the TLC event.  He won his first world title in WWE by putting John Cena through a table at TLC in 2009.  He did also lose a Chairs match at TLC in 2013, failing to capture the World Heavyweight Championship against Big Show.

Sheamus is familiar with the violence and physicality of the event and is ready for Reigns.  But Reigns isn't soft, either.  Can Sheamus deny Reigns his revenge?
