Mangold's MRI Results Revealed

Jets head coach Todd Bowles told reporters that Mangold's MRI results came back negative.

Bob Glauber of Newsday reported Sunday that Mangold “suffered a deep gash on the back of his right hand.” Glauber also confirmed the center would have the MRI to check for any ligament damage.

Losing Mangold for a significant time would have been a devastating blow for the Jets, especially since they have lost four of their last five games and are on the outside looking in at an AFC playoff spot.
