Prosise Out vs. Stanford
Saturday, Nov. 28
Molly McGrath of Fox Sports reported Prosise is on crutches and will not play today.
Prosise Has Dealt with Injury All Season
Notre Dame's matchup with Boston College was Prosise's first game back since he suffered a concussion in Week 10 against Pittsburgh.
Prosise is Notre Dame's leading rusher, with 975 yards entering Saturday's matchup against Boston College. The injury came just days after he was named a semifinalist for the Doak Walker Award, which goes to the nation's top running back.
In his place, freshman Josh Adams stepped in admirably, but he doesn't replace Prosise's production and the offense has taken a step back as a result.
