Latest on Jones' Practice Status

Thursday, Nov. 26

The Bengals announced Jones was limited in today's session.

Jones Essential Piece to Bengals Secondary

Jones was on pace for a career high in tackles after starting the first nine of Cincinnati's games this season. He has also hauled in a pair of interceptions as well as being the Bengals' main punt and kick returner.

Paul Dehner Jr. of the Cincinnati Enquirer has been amazed by Jones' output this season, which is his ninth season in the league: "When a player at the cornerback position crosses the plus-30 barrier, a standard regression is expected. Yet, with Jones, his impact increased. The oft-troubled cornerback found the perfect intersection of talent and experience to rise to the No. 1 cornerback."

Jones is leading a secondary that is allowing just 242.8 yards per game, as the team sits atop the AFC North at 8-2.
