Brooks is coming off the bench in Wednesday night's game, according to Cody Westerlund of CBS Chicago.com.
Brooks' Injury Has Tested Bulls' Depth
The combo of Hinrich and Brooks in many ways eclipsed any performance by Derrick Rose this season, though they're both lacking on the defensive end.
Rose was originally sitting out with an ankle injury of his own, which stretched the Bulls very thin in the backcourt before his return. Without Brooks Chicago would be stuck playing a point guard rotation of Hinrich and E'twain Moore should anything happen to Rose. Not exactly an ideal scenario if the Bulls want to be the first team to knock off the defending champs this season.
