What we had hoped wasn't a break was and Molk will undergo surgery this afternoon.

"That's a tough blow," coach Rich Rodriguez said Monday. "Not only does he play center, the leader of the line, but David is not just one of our best linemen, he is one of our best football players, period. So we'll have to adjust a little bit."

David Moosman is expected to take Molk's spot at center.

Starting safety Mike Williams is also banged up with a sprained ankle and was in a walking cast after the game. He is listed as day to day.

Minor is expected to play against IU this weekend.
