LeSean McCoy, Karlos Williams Post-Week 10 Fantasy Advice

The Buffalo Bills' two-headed rushing monster was at it again Thursday night against the New York Jets, and fantasy points flowed for owners who started LeSean McCoy or Karlos Williams.

Here's a look at how both running backs fared and their prospects as the fantasy football regular season heads for the home stretch.

McCoy was the Bills' back of choice, and for good reason.

Shady danced beautifully and shredded the Jets defense for 71 yards on his first 10 carries, including a stellar run toward the end of the first half, as NFL Network documented on Twitter:

Sprinkle in his proficiency as a receiver, and McCoy has now topped 100 total yards in three straight games.

Touchdowns continue to be elusive for one of the league's most fluid rushers, but based on his ability to pile up yards on a consistent basis, McCoy has to be an every-week starter for owners who drafted him to be a fantasy stalwart.

A Week 11 matchup against the Houston Texans' 27th-ranked rushing defense should have owners salivating after Shady ran freely against the Jets' top-rated unit Thursday. 

Karlos Williams

Williams operated as Buffalo's change-of-pace back, but that didn't prevent him from reaching the end zone for the sixth straight game. In a twist, Thursday's touchdown came through the air as Williams took a pass from Tyrod Taylor 26 yards to the house. 

According to Elias Sports Bureau (via ESPN Stats & Info), Williams joined Robert Edwards as the only players in NFL history to score a touchdown in each of the first six games of their careers. 

The rookie's share of the rushing workload will be capped unless McCoy goes down with another injury, but the Bills trust Williams in the red zone.

At this rate, those close-range scores should make Williams an every-week flex play, at the least.
