Simms & Lefkoe Podcast: Rex's Tactics, Welker's Return, Thomas Davis Interview

On Episode 38 of The Simms & Lefkoe Podcast, Panthers outside linebacker Thomas Davis joins Chris Simms and Adam Lefkoe to talk about his 8-0 Carolina Panthers.

Before they talked Panthers, though, the guys shared some laughs about the 2006 hit that Davis put on Simms, causing Chris to have his spleen removed. After that, Davis discussed why the Panthers defense is so good this year, the development of Cam Newton since entering the NFL and his special relationship with Luke Kuechly.

Also on this week’s episode, Simms and Lefkoe talk about Rex Ryan’s motivational tactics, Bill Belichick’s Achilles' heel, the gap between Derek Carr and Teddy Bridgewater and Wes Welker’s return to the NFL. The guys finally get around to answering some Twitter questions, too.
