Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
| Top Performer | Aaron Rodgers | Green Bay Packers | DET | $7,500 |
| Safe Bet | Andy Dalton | Cincinnati Bengals | HOU | $6,500 |
| Value Pick | Blake Bortles | Jacksonville Jaguars | BAL | $5,600 |
| Wild Card | Kirk Cousins | Washington Redskins | NO | $5,200 |
That Aaron Rodgers guy is still a pretty decent quarterback. While he didn't show a lot of promise from Weeks 4 through 8, he appears to be back on track again. You know, like a 35-plus-point performance back on track.
The Packers didn't pull out a win over the Carolina Panthers, but Rodgers' resurgence has huge implications on DFS owners. And when he's completing passes through three defenders to hit Richard Rodgers in the end zone, it's simply not fair.
Oh, you need another reason to start Rodgers? In his career against the Lions, Rodgers has 22 touchdowns with just five interceptions. The Lions also rank 29th against quarterbacks after allowing Alex Smith to score a season-high 27.6 fantasy points in their last outing. Rodgers is going to be just fine.
We also love Andy Dalton this week after putting up his sixth 20-plus-point performance this past weekend. He'll torch the porous Houston Texans defense because, quite frankly, J.J. Watt alone can't stop him.

Blake Bortles is also a solid option. Going against a Baltimore Ravens defense that ranks 29th in passing yards allowed (283.9) and has allowed 16 passing touchdowns this season, Bortles looks more elite than Joe Flacco. Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns also look pretty enticing, but we'll get to that later.
Last on our list is a wild-card option in Kirk Cousins. He's not sexy with just 11.7 DK points in his last outing, but he's another signal-caller with a prime matchup. The New Orleans Saints rank 32nd (yes, dead last) in the league in points allowed to quarterbacks. Need I say more?
Running Back
| Top Performer | Adrian Peterson | Minnesota Vikings | OAK | $7,100 |
| Safe Bet | DeAngelo Williams | Pittsburgh Steelers | CLE | $6,500 |
| Value Pick | Doug Martin | Tampa Bay Buccaneers | DAL | $5,600 |
| Wild Card | LeGarrette Blount | New England Patriots | NYG | $4,900 |
Adrian Peterson is rounding back into his old form. While that unfortunately means he fumbled the ball twice, it also came with his third 125-yard rushing performance of the season. Battling Todd Gurley on the other side, Peterson had a resurgence that included a visit to the end zone for the first time since Week 4.

That all came against the St. Louis Rams. Peterson will be rushing against the Oakland Raiders in Week 10. With a slightly better matchup than Gurley, we'll be targeting the veteran back over the rookie at the top of our list.
For $600 less than Peterson, DFS owners can tab DeAngelo Williams as a RB1 after his 41.5-point outing in Week 9. Facing an atrocious Cleveland Browns defense that ranks 27th in rushing TDs (nine) and 32nd in rushing yards allowed (1,328), Williams is a smart choice again this weekend.
Doug Martin hasn't looked great over the last two games, but it's hard to ignore him against the Dallas Cowboys. At just $5,600, Martin is a RB1 option Sunday that can help free up salary for top receivers or, say, Aaron Rodgers.
Speaking of No. 1 targets at a low price point, LeGarrette Blount is another sneaky player. Blount is facing the 22nd-ranked defense against running backs in the New York Giants and will be the New England Patriots' top back with Dion Lewis now reportedly out for the season due to a torn ACL, per Jim McBride of the Boston Globe.
Wide Receiver
| Top Performer | Odell Beckham Jr. | New York Giants | NE | $8,800 |
| Safe Bet | Demaryius Thomas | Denver Broncos | KC | $7,400 |
| Value Pick | Allen Robinson | Jacksonville Jaguars | BAL | $6,700 |
| Wild Card | Brandon LaFell | New England Patriots | NYG | $4,100 |
OK, I know this looks strikingly similar to our picks for last week. Then again, Demaryius Thomas was the only one we got wrong. He'll be just fine this week against a Kansas City Chiefs defense that ranks 32nd in points allowed against wide receivers.

As for the other players, Odell Beckham Jr. is deserving of the top spot again. New England has looked strong all season, but its secondary is far from intimidating. Coming off two straight games with over 100 receiving yards, OBJ is a clear lock for the top receiver option.
Looking for a player to balance that salary? Grabbing a player on the opposite side is a perfect option. Brandon LaFell is coming off a 102-yard game against the Redskins in Week 9. With his receptions and yards climbing in each start this season, he's primed for another strong outing.
".@Thee_AR15 & @A1hurns: 1st WR duo with 600+ yds & 6+ TDs each in season's first 8 games since Randy Moss & Wes Welker with 2007 Patriots.

Along with the aforementioned Bortles in lineups, Allen Robinson is another top target. His 21.1-point game against the Jets marked the fourth straight game he's had over 20 fantasy points on DraftKings. If he can do that against Darrelle Revis, Robinson can certainly do that against the Ravens.
